Who We Are
XBRTags was founded by specialists who spent years inside the financial reporting and digital assurance world and concluded that most companies were being underserved by software-first approaches that placed the taxonomy burden on their own clients.
We built a practice where every engagement is handled by a named specialist, every file is independently QC'd before delivery, and every client relationship is built on the understanding that iXBRL is a regulated compliance output — not a file conversion service.
For Finland, we cover all three regimes: ESEF iXBRL for Nasdaq Helsinki-listed companies, PRH iXBRL for the Trade Register, and Digital Assurance support for KHT and HT audit firms.
How We Work
Every engagement is assigned to a named specialist who understands your company, your reporting structure and your filing history. No anonymous support queue, no first-tier agents.
No iXBRL file is delivered without passing through two independent quality reviews — one technical, one senior. Every file is gateway-validated before delivery. No exceptions.
Auditors raise questions. Directors change figures. We revise and re-validate until the regulator accepts the filing. Revisions are never charged additionally.
Certifications & Security
Client data is processed exclusively on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the EU (Ireland). All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Every specialist signs a confidentiality agreement. Client documents are never shared, never used for any other purpose, and destroyed after the agreed retention period.
